barely fatal

… any time soon, unless of course I get run over by a truck, or so. My hands just feel numb. I don’t have the carpal tunnel syndrome (sp?), diabetes, not even a heart failure – at least not yet. The doctor says I should stretch my legs and arms, and try using my left hand more for a few days. For example for the mouse. I’m right-handed. Alright, great. And I thought an office job would spare me any work-related health problems … ok, maybe I just work too much. I’ll change my way of typing and move around more in my chair, and I should be good again next week. Well, unless a truck … you know the deal.

Yep, I’m in a better mood today, though not yet back on top. A few more sunny days, and I should be able to shake off my post-winter blues

The movies I watched this weekend surely didn’t help so much, the poor children of this world or the first and last days of Edith Piaf can be a bit depressing. I hope they’ll send me a comedy next.

I haven’t played a game for weeks. When I get home at night, I just want to relax and sleep – I need something new. I ordered Assassin’s Creed. I know about all the alleged weaknesses, but I’m looking forward to the open, 11th century cities. Open cities we’ll see more of this year, in Prototype, Mirror’s Edge or GTA IV for example. So far, GTA is the only 1st person game I know which really simulates a modern city with no artificial boundaries. I hope we’ll see more of that.

I updated WordPress to the latest version and the stats page tells me that “Alyx Vance Porn” is the no. 1 search term. That’s … a little puzzling. Well, I don’t log IPs or do any user tracking, so we have to take it as it is. But dudes, believe me, barely fatal is porn-free and will always be. Sorry!

… say nothing. I know, I know. I work, I sleep, I work, I watch a movie (Walk The Line, quite cool), I sleep, I work, I need a drink.

The right side of my body feels numb. I think it’s true, the sudden change to summer time DOES affect my health, or biorythm. I need to find a better sleeping cycle. I have digital cable TV now. I only get half of the stations, the worse half. Not that the other one is really any better. I need my signal tuned.

Mass Effect was delayed three weeks. Uh, I think I’ll eat a pudding.
